Instructions for Ordering Your Custom Bookplate

This offer is available for a limited time for pre-publication orders placed on line directly with Locust Press and received by December 15, 2009. Orders must be fully paid through PayPal (or credit cards through PayPal) using their shopping cart procedure.

When ordering book please follow instructions below:

1.  When ordering the book, include the extra address line below your name when filling out your shipping name and address on the shopping cart screen.

2.      On this line put BP (for Book Plate) followed by your message request code letters.

Code           Message will read as below plus your name

DEC            To Fellow DEC Employee (plus your name from shipping label)
D                 Date of Signature (optional)
NE               To Fellow New Englander (plus your name from shipping label)
HB               Happy Birthday to (plus a name)
MC              Merry Christmas to (plus a name)
C                 (Your custom greeting limited to 20 letters including spaces)
LL                To Fellow Lincoln Lab Employee

Book plate with peel-off backing will be shipped with the book and instructions for you to apply it onto the inside first page of the book.

We reserve the right to reject any inappropriate messages, and no book plates are available except through this limited time offer at time of purchase through Locust Press. No replacement book plates will be available for ones improperly applied.
